Theres a customer service?

Except for the fact that Vonage took my money, didnt provide any service, and their customer service never responded, they exceeded my expectations. They were very good at charging my credit card and suspending my account without explanation -- even though I never made made ONE single call.

Other reviewers have mentioned the existence of customer support. But emails that are never returned shouldnt really count.

My account does show a credit balance of my original purchase. But that makes me
feel about as good as knowing yesterdays lottery numbers.
