Vonage Mobile – Voice, Text, and Video App Reviews

Pretty seamless!

Why why why? Just updated app and now cant paste a phone number to make call. The previous version allowed. What is vonage expecting us to do when we need to call any number we get online or get sent to us? If you tap on a # it uses the default smartphone phone. Whats up w/that? Why was this feature changed @Vonage?????

Ive been using this app for years. It has the highest voice quality and reliability. Just download it. You wont be disappointed.

I used to use Skype to call back to the US when I travel. I like this much better. Free over wifi and the call quality has been great.

I have no problem calling home from overseas, this helps keep down costs of international phone calls.

Youve done a good work making it work in slow connection. Held a call for about 15 mins without issues.

Good talking with better sound quality like as face to face talking at home.

The call shouldnt end after 4 hours. It should end when I click end! Very inconvenient pleaseeee fix !

Use this for wifi calling if you have limited minutes and for me, their long distance rates are dirt cheap.

great....clear and easy to use. Used it everyday from my hotel out of the country to call back home to the USA for free. Recommended to all my friends. Love using it on my iPad

I dont know happened, but after using this app for about 18 months it suddenly wont make calls through my cellular network. I contacted customer service and when the finally got back with me they asked me some general questions and then more general question after waiting days....weeks for them to answer back. I asked to send a video and the just said its escalated....again. They were supposed to call and I waited during the 2 hour time and they never did. Very aggravating!

Have been using this to call land lines in the U.K. for about a year and find it very easy to use, reliable and inexpensive. My only minor criticism is that despite call quality being excellent, if one caller tries to speak at the same time as the other, the call quality breaks down for a time.
