Setup on my number before leaving, got a data plan abroad while traveling, call home free!

It needs good internet speed but its perfect app to talk free to USA

I love this app! Its the best one Ive used that allows me to use wifi for calling practically anywhere I need to & save on my cell phone bill! Definitely recommend this app & that your friend get it as well...free calls & free texts, what more could you ask for?!

The quality calls is terrible. The phone calls cut off every other minutes. However, I contacted the support, but with no results.

Great app, easy to use and excellent quality

Great App, but Vonage needs to support ApplePay in this app for in app purchases to add credit.

Ive emailed the company many times because their app rings sometimes when theres a call, but other times theres no ring at all.. Very frustrating!!! Great quality of call though and very inexpensive to call internationally. Unfortunately 70-80% of the time he calls ring on my end, but the person Im calling who also has the Vonage app, doesnt show theres a call and doesnt ring on their end.... very frustrating. If this app was more reliable it would be great because the quality and clarity of the calls (when it does work) are incredible. If you email the company they deny there are any issues.... they refuse to understand they have an issue and then try to fix it (denial)...

I use this app all the time. The interface is clean and easy to use. The voice quality is excellent and the reliability constantly improving.

Great app overall. Excellent sound quality very useful. Just wish they would add touch ID to login.

Best Internet phone quality

Except for the fact that Vonage took my money, didnt provide any service, and their customer service never responded, they exceeded my expectations. They were very good at charging my credit card and suspending my account without explanation -- even though I never made made ONE single call. Other reviewers have mentioned the existence of customer support. But emails that are never returned shouldnt really count. My account does show a credit balance of my original purchase. But that makes me feel about as good as knowing yesterdays lottery numbers.

I frequently use the Vonage app and have had very good success with it. Most numbers called within the U.S. are free. Sound comes thru very clear. The only thing Ive had issues with its that an incoming call on the phone itself will cause Vonage to go into the background and places the Vonage call on hold.

Not the best service available

My parents live in England. I call them at least once a month. Never, have I lost them during a call (1 hour) or had troubles with the connection here in the US. Its clear with no static or interruptions. Cant beat the amazing price to talk thousands of miles a way! Thank you Vonage!! Love this!

I love this app, works flawlessly. When away from home, I use this app over wifi to make calls.
